Highland Beef
- Selected from our own hand reared stock, to ensure full traceability
- The beef is unsurpassed for flavour and tenderness.
- Lean and low in Cholestrol, but with just the right amount of marbling to give a succulence that is so typical of ‘old fashioned’ roast beef
- The carcase is left to mature for a minimum of 21 days to ensure tenderness in the meat
- The meat is sold in either half’s or quarters, is ready butchered and it can be bought ready frozen and labelled, or can be fresh for you to freeze at your convenience
Lamb
- The lamb selected from our pedigree flock of Lleyn sheep, reared on our own farm, and allowed to roam the fields and graze naturally, to ensure the best of quality for you.
- The meat is sold in either whole packs or half packs, and is butchered accordingly and packed and labelled for your convenience
Hereford Beef
- Coming soon – traditional Hereford beef, from our own herd of pedigree Hereford cattle.
All our animals are reared with their health and welfare at the foremost, we are members of the premium cattle health scheme and are also Scottish Quality Beef and Lamb Farm Assured.
